Talentfied’s team is led by Ade Akin -Aina, who has worked at companies ranging from fast-growing startups to Fortune 50 corporations for over 14 years. She has recruiting experience spanning Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Educated at the University of Toronto and McGill University, and now based in London, Ade speaks English, French and Spanish. She is a firm believer that talent resides across the globe while opportunity does not.
